You must wear your DISC credential at all DISC events, both on and off the hill. 
All PARTICIPANTS must wear helmets.


WEDNESDAY, February 26

10 am & Noon Free skiing with DISC friends and Pros (optional). Meet at Madeline Ski Valet at 10 am or at the base of Lift 4 at Noon

3:00 - 6:00 pm 
Registration at the Madeline Hotel Living Room, off lobby, Get your Credentials, Lift Tickets, Waivers, Gift Bags, Programs, Drinks & Light Snacks

6:00 - 10:00 pm   
Welcome Reception at The Madeline Hotel, M Club Cocktail Reception, Dinner Stations, DJ (resort casual attire)

THURSDAY, February 27

8:45 am First-Time DISC Racers Time Trials, meet at base of Lift 4 by the Gondola. All first-time DISC racer attendees will meet the pros at the base of Lift 4 by the Gondola. You will join them on mountain for a brief inspection of the racecourse and a warm-up run before your time trials. Newbies will be asked to race at least 3 time trial runs on the course on Thursday morning. Time trials are mandatory and allow us to establish your handicap. Ski your best and have fun.

Non-Racing Skiers meet at Madeline Ski Valet to ski with mountain guides Local guided mountain tour, ski with fellow non-racers

9:30 a.m. 
Pro Dash For Cash Competition Hill race arena.

10:30 a.m.
Returning DISC Racers Inspection and Time Trials Returning racers who wish to inspect the course must be on the racecourse before 9:30 a.m. to inspect. All returning racers will be asked for 2 time-trial runs. Competition Hill race arena.

11:45 - 1:00 p.m.
Private Lunch at The Great Room at the top of the Gondola below Allred’s.

1:00 p.m.
Free Skiing with the Pros - Ski and practice with your friends, pros, and competition. You will have the opportunity to ski with those you are likely to race against the rest of the week. Our phenomenal pros will provide you with tours of the mountain, coach you on running the practice course, and coach you on racing starts out of our pro-style gates.

3:00 - 4:30 p.m.
Après Ski Party at Alpino Vino, on mountain top restaurant (ski in only)

6:45 - 11:00 p.m.
U.S. Ski & Snowboard Benefit, Allred’s at the top of the Gondola Cocktails & hors d’oeuvres, team naming, dinner, DJ and dancing. Gondola boarding to Allred’s starting at 6:45 pm.

When you arrive at the reception, you will receive your team assignment and meet the competition. You will then join your new teammates at a team table for dinner. At that point, let the games begin! We start the festivities with our Calcutta auction. (Each racer must pay their $500 Calcutta fee in advance or at registration).

Calcutta fees are in addition to your entrance cost. After reviewing the days’ time trial results, teams will be given the chance to bid on their pro of choice. Attire: Mountain Chic Cocktail Attire

Non-Racing Skiers meet at Madeline Ski Valet to ski with instructors/guides

9:45 a.m. - Noon
Morning Races – DISC Race Arena, Competition Hill (non-skiers can walk to finish)

11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Private Lunch at The Great Room at the top of the Gondola below Allred’s.

1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Fun Run Race for Non-Racers and Afternoon Racing (Team Photos at top of course) (1 pm Historic Walking Tour of Telluride – Meet in Madeline Hotel Lobby)

6:00 - 10:30 p.m.
Tequila Party at Gorrono Ranche, “Wild, Wild West Theme” (western attire) Cocktails, Dinner, Live Music, Dancing, DJ, Meet Snowcats at Lift 4 at 6:00 pm (open air snowcat ride - dress warm

SATURDAY, February 29

Non-Racing Skiers meet at Madeline Ski Valet to ski with instructors/guides or for snowshoe tour

9:45 a.m. - Noon
Morning Races (non-skiers can walk to finish from base)

11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Private Lunch at The Great Room at the top of the Gondola below Allred’s.

1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Afternoon Races – DISC Race Arena, Competition Hill (non-skiers can walk to finish)

3:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Après Ski Pink Pool & Hot Tub Party at Madeline Hotel pool area, Triennes Rosé, cocktails, snacks, merriment, pink attire! (swimsuits/robes or après ski attire) Sponsored by Triennes rosé.
