Senator from Idaho Jim Risch is also Chairman of the Small Business Committee, a leading voice on foreign relations and security matters and number 2 on the Foreign Relations Committee, number 2 on the Intelligence Committee, and number 3 on the Energy and Natural Resources Committee.  He previously served as the 39th and 41st Lieutenant Governor of Idaho and the 31st Governor of the State of Idaho. 

Senator Risch just returned this week from the Olympics where he represented the USA as an official member of the presidential delegation to the Republic of Korea. He and his family reside in Boise, Idaho and love spending time in Sun Valley. They are avid skiers, horseback riders, ranchers, and outdoorsmen!
